Electrolytes are minerals, like sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium, that help your body hold onto fluid, maintain proper muscle function, and keep your nervous system firing. When you sweat, you lose more than just water, you also lose electrolytes, especially sodium. If you don’t replace both, your performance can suffer. Replacing them helps you stay hydrated and perform better, longer.

Kept me going all summer!

I work long days in the sun at a farm, and I kept the lemon lime powder in my locker for a lunchtime refresh. I looked forward to it all morning, and it kept me going and staying hydrated during those long hot days. I also love that they offer the bulk bag so I don't have to use a single use pouch every day. Buying another bag for this summer!

Finally, no artificial sugar!!

I found skratch when i was looking for an electrolyte mix without any artificial sugar-- all that stuff gives me awful stomachaches. This stuff is easy, tastes great (i looooove strawberry lemonade) and helps me recover well as a very sweaty runner. Will stick with skratch!

Where did the Cherry Lime go?

I have been religiously using the Cherry Lime hydration for several years. It's been my go to hydration when cycling in hot Texas weather. It's one of the only pallatable flavors - not too sweet, not too salty. I dread having to start over again taste testing other brands Please bring cherry lime back!

Strawberry Lemonade my go to for training

I am a senior citizen distance runner currently in marathon training mode. I completed a 24 mile training run yesterday. As always, strawberry lemonade Skratch hydration mix was in my hand bottle. I love it! I keep water in my hydration pack but living in a southern state requires more. Hydration Sport Drink Mix gives me the electrolytes I need to replace everything I lose in sweat.

The Gold Standard for Sensitive Stomachs

If you struggle with medically diagnosed GI issues/food allergies, you know the fear of "gut bombs" or crashing out during a race. • Chews: The Sour Cherry and lemon + green tea chews are by far superior to anything else on the market. The texture and flavor are unbeatable. I dont love the grape flavor, but thats a me thing. I dont like anything grape flavored, my husband said they were okay.

10/10 there is nothing that can beat it on the market, every time I have tried to stray I regret it.
