The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by such laws. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway will run continuously. The winners will be notified via Email. Prizes: $500 Credit to SkratchLabs.com. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Skratch Labs LLC’s sole discretion. Prizes are nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Skratch Labs LLC to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner Selection and Notification: The winners will be notified via the email address they provide if they entered by email. If winners do not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be selected.
