I love mixing this with the other SL mixes to bring more Sodium into the game. I love it

This drink mix is always in my bottle. Either alone or mixed with other SL drink.

I am picky about my hydration mixes. The everyday hydration mix is perfect - helps me with electrolytes, staying hydrated and without feeling like I’m drinking something sweet and sugary. No taste of sweeteners.

I mix the Skratch a little heavy. I like the taste considering it has no sweetener.

I love this stuff! I’ve been mixing the lemon lime flavor into my iced tea and it’s delicious. I wish there were more flavor options for the everyday! There are more for the sports mix but I don’t like how sweet those ones are.

I have to be honest—the product photo is pretty misleading. It looks nearly identical to the Sport Mix packaging, but this version is $8 more and only a third of the size. I was really disappointed when my order arrived, and I found a tiny pouch instead of the full-size bag I was expecting. Since this product is listed at the very top of the hydration page, it's easy to make this mistake. Unfortunately, I ended up buying three of these pricey, undersized bags thinking I was getting the usual Sport Mix. Definitely won’t make that mistake again.

Skratch Orange is one of our favorite hydration/recovery drinks, but the zip-lock tops are always a pain in the keister to get completely and properly closed. Tonight, attempting to confirm a good seal, my hand slipped and knocked and entire Nalgene bottle full of sugar water all over the kitchen. Rather than getting that recovery drink my body was craving, I spend 5 - 10 minutes cursing and cleaning up the counter, drawers, inside the drawers, the floors, and the front of the fridge. Fix your damn resealable bags! Gahhhh!!!!!

I use the everyday hydration when I am doing a ride where I don't need any fuel, something short, but when it is warm enough that I will sweat enough to need sodium. The flavor is subtle, so when I know it will be a hot one I can double up on the mix without it becoming overpowering.

I’ve been “scratching” 😉 around for a simple electrolyte replacement recipe for a while now. Wanting to avoid artificial flavorings, sweeteners, dyes, and other toxic additives, I entertained making my own powder at home. I reached out to Skratch and they provided info on the Everyday Hydration and I just had to try it! This product did NOT disappoint!! I find that the flavoring is just enough to make the electrolyte solution tolerable. This is no small task. No, it doesn’t taste as good as some products, but I’m avoiding a lot of additives that I know to be metabolically disruptive, AND I am getting the replacement electrolytes I need. All this in an easy-to-use powder that I enjoy drinking! Thank you Skratch Labs!!

As a runner, i have tried many different products to enhance my hydration during and after exercise. We are in the heat of summer now and the skratch products not only taste good, but overall work well. I do not have stomach issues with skratch products, even on long and hot adventurous days.
