The drink has a very good flavor and meets the requirements for endurance and is one of my favorites, greetings from EL SALVADOR.

All skratch flavors are great. The lemon lime is a staple, I always try to keep a bag in the cabinet.

Hydration mix is great! Started using it for cycling, and more recently for runs up to 5 hours in length. A vast improvement in endurance and muscular function over longer endurance. Excellent product.

Great taste and contents without tasting too salty. Easy to mix and measure.

This is one of my favorite electrolyte drinks. The flavor was refreshing. It didn’t cause any tummy troubles. Mixed very well! Love it!

I used to have such a hard time with long runs and workouts feeling awful because I couldn't find a fuel that would settle nice in my stomach. I tried Skratch because I didn't like that other electrolyte brands didn't have the full electrolyte profile or were full of dyes and I have to say this is my new go-to before or after any workout! Especially in the summer humidity, this hydration mix has me and my runs feeling better, ever since trying it I haven't had an upset stomach once while doing long runs or workouts.

Our whole family uses this-it's our fav flavor we keep restocking. We've got three kids in varsity sports that require a lot of fuel (hello fellow XC and swim team parents) I (mom) love it for my high impact cardio dance classes, and the hubby loves it for post run in the summer. Gentlest on everyone's stomachs, mixes well, great flavor, and most importantly-quality ingredients

I found it to be very refreshing. I like a tangging favor so I used a bit more than required. Due to the extra I had to mix it for a little longer than I was thinking to disssolve it in cold water. Would buy it again!
