Skratch Granola

Skratchlete Doug Cline shared his Skratch infused granola recipe, perfect for topping yogurt, or for snacking! 

4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 ½ cup raw nuts and/or seeds
1 teaspoon fine-grain sea salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup melted coconut oil or olive oil
½ cup maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅔ cup dried fruit
2 scoops Skratch Sport Hydration

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, stir bake for 12 more minutes.
