Skratch Recovery Pancakes Recipe

Skratch Recovery Pancakes
(Makes about 8 pancakes)

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 C Flour
1 T sugar
3 1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 1/4 C milk
3 T melted butter
1 egg
2 Scoops Skratch Labs Recovery Mix (chocolate, horchata, or coffee)

PREPARATION

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and Skratch Recovery. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

Note: Depending on the flavor, Skratch makes the pancake look darker when it cooks, but it’s not burned! Keeping the heat lower and cooking longer will ensure it is cooked all the way through.
