Scratch truly makes the best hydration mixes on the market. The Strawberry recovery mix is one of my favorite flavors. Scratch makes unbeatable mixes with half the sugar as other brands. Go You sum Scratch

Great with oat milk

Pairs super with oat milk in a blender bottle. Only way to go after a long one.

Only recovery I like.

All other recovery drinks taste awful. The vegan recovery was the only thing I’d drink. So sad to see it gone. Latte is an unacceptable option for me due flavor and caffeine.

Tastes like chocolate milk

You ever try a recovery drink that tastes like wet, flavored chalk? This isn’t that. It’s more than just palatable, it tastes great!

The chocolate flavor is so smooth and tasty! The oat milk latte has great flavor and it can be hard to choose which one to use. They make a difference in my recovery especially when it may be a little while before I can have a meal after a run.

The Best of the Best

I have been using Skratch Labs hydration mixes, of all sorts of flavors, and varieties for over a decade.
I cannot recommend them enough! This line is made with goodness and is, IMO the best of the best.
I give Skratch hydration as athlete care packages and as gifts for anyone who’s “hydration curious”. I recommend this hydration line to friends, family-the athletes, and worker-athletes in my life, as well as seniors and cancer patients who need hydration support. I’m proud and pleased to spread the Skratch Labs magic wherever I ride, hike, ski, work or live.

Nothing replenishes like this mix

I’m a puker when I have absolutely nothing left. This recovery drink is my go-to and has everything I need to get me back on my feet! Looking forward to it on my way up the last stretch of Rim2Rim2Rim is all the kept me going!

I have a very hard time finding things to eat after a long run. I got the chocolate recovery and mixed it with fair life milk and now that is my absolute favorite thing to have after a long run.

The raspberry limeade is a great energy boost and easy on the stomach.
