Most athletes need 40–90g of carbs per hour (though those pushing pro level efforts might be pushing 100g+) to avoid bonking and delay fatigue. That could look like: 1 bottle of Super High-Carb (up to 100g), 1 bar + half a pack of chews, or 2 packs of chews. Mix and match based on your needs and what your gut handles best. Don't forget to take into account other food or drink you are having. For example, if you are using Sport Drink Mix for hydration, you will also get 19-20g of carbs per serving.
