Hydration Pledge -- Drink when you’re thirsty! It’s that simple. 

We invite you to join our pledge to be better hydrated this year.  

One of the most frequent questions we get is, "How much Sport Hydration Drink Mix should I be drinking?” That’s hard to answer because the right amount depends on weather and humidity conditions, the length and intensity of your effort, and also on essential organs — the kidneys and brain.

Here’s a starting point, but listen to your body above all! Begin by drinking 500mL servings of Sport Hydration Drink Mix per hour, then experiment to see what works best for you. If you’re uncertain, weigh yourself before and after a workout. If you have more than a 3% loss in total body weight, your performance may be suffering, and you probably need to drink more or increase electrolyte concentration. But let’s all pledge to drink when we’re thirsty. It’s as simple as that. We promise you will feel better and perform better. Just listen to your body and your thirst.
