Cookie Mix
Cookie Mix started with a simple request. During the Tour of California, riders began asking for the cookies we served after dinner during the race. So we made them cookies.
And if we were going to make cookies, we wanted to make really good cookies.
So we obsessed over the part that comes before the chocolate chips: a deliberately simple mix of wheat flour, oats, brown cane sugar, cane sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and sea salt. We measured and balanced the fussy stuff so you can add butter, an egg and whatever makes a cookie your cookie.
The result: fresh, homemade-style cookies you’ll actually want to eat and that happen to make pretty useful (and of course yummy) carbohydrate-based fuel.
Bake them. Pack them. Fuel with them.
Or eat one standing over the baking sheet. We support both.
good fuel is more than functional.

“Why not eat something that we naturally know is delicious and maybe even a bit decadent, when we need real fuel quickly and efficiently?”
