I am a personal trainer, distance runner and coach, downhill mountain biker, wife, and mother. This is the best way to stay hydrated for our whole family - and we go HARD. The taste is light and refreshing. It is not overly sweet and has NEVER upset my stomach or the sensitive stomachs of my husband and son. It is a staple in our house!

I was happy to find Skratch Labs because finding an electrolyte mix that uses cane sugar and not stevia is very rare unfortunately. My stomach doesn't play well with stevia so sadly I don't have many choices. I'm thankful to say though that I'm really happy with Skratch Labs mix. I've noticed real bad headaches during and after my climbing sessions even when I drink water, and Skratch Labs fixed that right up.

I use Skratch lemon lime on long hot mountain ridge runs, it keeps me going. I also give it to my teen diluted in her water bottle so she actually drinks water! We love the stuff!

This stuff is great - I can drink it no problem throughout ultras, and love how balanced it tastes. I particularly love the pink lemonaid!

I work long hours on a Airplane as a Flight Attendant. plain water doesn't cut it in this dry environment. I use the indivdual packets with my water to keep me hydrated. So not only does the sport drink mix work great for exercise it does wonders for a long day at 37,000 feet.

Most electrolyte powders have way too much sugar. Skratch is way better balanced

Was looking for a hydration mix that tastes great and doesn't upset my stomach. The Skratch Labs hydration mix fits the bill perfectly. Have enjoyed every flavor I have tried, and I have tried a lot of flavors.

I really love how natural the flavors are. My only struggle is in not having enough to give away for friends to sample!
