Skratch Hydration Sport Drink Mix has become my go-to hydration drink with carbohydrates for mountain biking. It tastes great, is easy to digest, and keeps me from dehydrating. Every flavor is great, and I love the options with caffeine as well.

True story: I was bicycling the Empire State Trail with my fully loaded bike in 99 degree heat. IMy energy was dropping and I felt like I was pedaling through mud. I stopped and pulled out a single serving packet of Strawberry-Lemonade (my fave!) and poured it into one of my botttles. I guzzled it down, got back on my bike and it was like the temperature had dropped 15 degrees. It hadn't but I was pedaling with ease. Skratch Labs really did the trick.

This one’s hard as it taste great but is a sweeter flavor and I have a salty palette. Still hits well for when I’m sweating up a storm

I'm super sensitive to no-calorie or artificial sweeteners, and Skratch's use of real ingredients is what keeps us coming back. We like to rotate through the different flavors, but I think the fruit punch and orange are our favorites!
