I love the recovery mix and usually buy two bags at once to change up the flavor (or mix them together). Chocolate is the old standby; Oat milk latte (vegan) is the perfect complement. This has replaced all other protein / recover mixes for me...it has a normal taste!! i use this as a recovery mix right after a workout and sometimes as a meal supplement in the morning before a workout. easy on the stomach, delicious, and fun to mix!

Horchata is the bomb

I usually drink a coke or chocolate milk after a long ride. But the horchata mix is better than both of them. Easy to get down on a hot day and you can feel the rewards of it after a short while. Highly recommend this!

I found what actually helps

Used to be an only protein shake after a ride type of guy. then it was chocolate milk for that 4:1 magic sweet spot. Then, boom, enter this product. Tastes great, isn't overwhelming on the palate. Simple stuff, and much cheaper than buying fancy chocolate milk when trying to avoid ingredients you can't pronounce or "natural flavors," whatever those are.
