A great way to get some calories in after a long run … particularly if there is a ton left to accomplish during the day. The caffeine kick from the vegan oat milk latte helps out as well

I have been using the Skratch Recovery Drink Mix for a while. It’s like a reward for a hard workout! I look forward to mixing it up and downing it. I also feel better the next day. I tried the coffee flavor, initially, and now have been using the chocolate. It’s fantastic.

I use this mix when I’m unsure what food will be available after a ride and I don’t have time to prep anything. I measure it into an empty Nalgene and mix it w/ water when I’m ready. Easy, tasty and seems to help reduce muscle soreness

Hands down my favorite Skratch recovery drink flavor. An absolute must after every ride - two scoops mixed with water and ice are reminiscent of Strawberry Quik flavor drinks when I was a kid. Excellent, fulfilling recovery mix after a long day in the saddle.

I prefer the chocolate, but they are all great. The recovery mix works well for me when I have multiple days in a row. Its almost like science meets magic.

I started having this ready after long runs or long swims. Drinking within 30-60 minutes really seems to help me recover energy-wise and it doesn’t upset my stomach like real foods sometimes do after a long run!

Tried this for the first time after an early morning workout before running out the door and it gave me the right level of recovery via the protein + carb + electrolyte profile as well as the added boost of the caffeine to power me through the rest of the morning. Creamy / fresh flavor. Highly suggest!
