Apple cider hydration mix!!

The apple cider hydration mix is amazing! It should be sold year around! I absolutely love it!

Fills the post-ride void

After a significant effort, I there was always the feeling of a void in my stomach that would creep in. This quickly and perfectly eliminates that. I'm not sure if I'm recovery muscularly faster or not yet 🤷
(the horchata is great in coffee too!)

A drink I will actually chug

After a recent trail run in the heat I grabbed my skratch shaker bottle full of chocolate recovery mix and downed it. My running buddy watched with surprise. Post run the skratch recovery drink really hits the spot.

My favorite option for making sure a workout counts

It's important to give your body some material to build with after a hard ride, and these are super easy to carry around and mix up at the trail head. The Chocolate and Strawberries are both great.

A daily dose

I have added this product (one scoop) and two scoops of a protein mix to my daily evening and have noticed a nice decrease in recovery time and less sore feelings after races, runs, etc.

Love the chocolate flavor

Pro Tip: prepare a bottle of Skratch chocolate recovery drink before a long ride and stick it in the fridge! You will be happily refreshed after a long day in the saddle.

A treat after the ride

I use both the chocolate served hot (in cold weather) and strawberry cream with crushed ice (in warm weather) as great recovery drinks. They mix well with no chalky texture, and taste great. Just like a cup of hot chocolate or a strawberry shake.
