Skratch Slaw
This quick and delicious 10-minute purple cabbage slaw recipe tastes amazing and takes no time to make! It can be made with mayo or wasabi mayo to kick things up. It’s gluten free and vegan, which means it’s a reliable potluck dish to keep the crowd happy.
Ingredients
For 20-30 servings
1.5 Purple cabbages
1- 12 Ounce jar of mayo or wasabi mayo
5-8 Stalks of basil
2 Lemons
1/4 C Ketchup
1/4 C Sriracha
Finely slice cabbage
Squeeze juice of lemons onto cabbage and massage with hands
Finely slice basil and mix in
Add entire jar of mayo
Add 1/4 C of Ketchup
Add 1/4 C of Sriracha
Toss and serve
