world class. purpose driven. skratch fueled.
They're Olympians. World Champions. Rising stars. But medals don't mark the full measure of who they are. Long before podiums came the quiet miles. The early mornings no one filmed. The setbacks that shook them. And the grit to return anyway. This isn't just a team, it's a karass. A support system built on purpose, powered by science, and grounded in deep care. We show up for the full arc: the heartbreak, the hustle, and the breakthroughs no one else sees. Because when athletes are treated like people, not machines, they don't just race harder. They lead with heart. And they show the world what's possible. Come meet the athletes rewriting what it means to succeed.

"we've built a team of athletes, each with a unique vision for themselves yet each committed to being part of a greater community. they're a constant reminder, for us, that the most important part of the human performance equation isn't the performance, it's the human."

WORLD CHAMP. MONTANA SOUL.
One of the most respected ultra runners in the world, Adam writes his own training, chases big days in the Montana mountains, and races with equal parts grit and curiosity. He's constantly pushing the limits of his potential and showing up when it matters most.
"Success in a race beyond the results is when you know you got everything out of yourself on that day."

PRECISION MEETS PLAY
Haley grew up riding with her family in Park City. Now an Olympic silver medalist, she races with calm focus, discipline, and a love for the process. For her, success is all about preparation, presence, and finding flow on race day.
"I love the feeling of racing at my best - when strength, focus, and flow come together on the would stage."

FUELING THE FLAME
Tara rediscovered running on the trails and has been lighting them up ever since. A podium finisher at Canyons 50K, she's equal parts poise and firepower - thoughtful, curious, and full of heart. She leads with joy and races with grit.
"I want to make my candle burn as brightly as possible."

10,000 FT & CLIMBING
A former triathlete turned high-altitude ultra runner, Reid trains and races out of Leadville, CO. Known for his precision, discipline, and next-level fueling strategy, he's on a mission to master the mountains and redefine what’s possible at elevation.
"Success is giving everything I have, every time."

50% HUMAN, 50% SKRATCH.
Cycling's in her blood, literally. Alexis grew up chasing wheels with her dad and siblings and turned pro at 18. Her rule of thumb? Be honest with where you're at, ride hard, and call it a win.
"I think if you did a DNA test on me I'd come up 50% human, 50% Skratch!"

TRAIN SMART. FUN FREE.
What began as a cautious shuffle on repeat turned into podiums at Scout Mountain, El Vaquero Loco, and Bear 100. Tara's trail journey started with a smoking treadmill and grew into a mountain-running obsession. She plans the work, works the plan, and runs with satisfaction, not ego.
"I'm constantly craving growth and learning new things about how my body works and making memories."

NO HOLDING BACK!
Heather went from sprinting to class on a campus cruiser to racking up 14 seasons in the pro peloton. She races hard, leads with heart, and keeps it fun. Bikes are her vehicle for purpose, power, and a damn good time.
"One of my nicknames is hotdog. I love to read. I laugh and cry shamelessly watching movies on flights."

POWER FILES TO POETRY
Caroline found cycling during injury recovery and never looked back. Just three years into elite racing, she's chasing a hometown dream: the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. Disciplined, driven, and creatively fueled, she's committed to the long game.
"It's about showing up for the process, over and over again, especially when it's hard."

this is skratch labs racing
the proof is on the podium.
Wins aren't the whole story, but they sure say a lot. In just the first half of the season, Skratch Labs Racing athletes have racked up major victories across the country: a commanding win at Athens Twilight, a course record at Gorge Waterfalls 100k, and a dominant performance at the Sea Otter Classic. These aren't flukes, they're the result of focused training, smarter fueling, and athletes who know exactly what they're chasing. We don't just belong in the race, we're changing how it's won.
