Chews are semi-solid, which makes them easier on the gut than many gels and easier to eat than bars during high-intensity efforts. They also give you control—you can easily eat one or two at a time instead of consuming a full gel.

Each chew packs a combo of glucose and fructose — two carbs that use different pathways to get into your bloodstream. That means faster absorption, steadier energy, and more fuel for your muscles to keep going strong.

Start with one full packet every 30–45 minutes during hard efforts. Each packet has 80 calories and 19g of carbohydrates. Most athletes aim for 40–100g of carbs per hour depending on how long and hard they’re going. Adjust up or down based on what else you're eating or drinking (like Sport Drink Mix or energy bars).

Our chews are semi-solid and built for pockets, packs, and all the weather. They stay firm in heat and won’t turn to goo (unless you have an extended stay in the Sahara). Tasty and clean

My daughter has decided that the sour apple is her favorite- please keep it! It’s really not that sour. Less kick to it than a sour patch kid if you are looking for a reference. Perfect to keep in her bag at the end of the pool just in reach during swim practice and in her parka during meets for a quick refuel when races are tight and can’t actually eat. Have yet to upset her stomach like other brands have.

Treats low blood sugars fast

I have type 1 diabetes and participate in very high intense workouts. My blood sugars tend to tank during workouts, so whenever I need a quick boost these really do help pick it up quickly. I take maybe 2 for a small and quick blood sugar boost prior to a workout and will take up to 5 if my sugar drops too low during a workout. In addition to helping keep my sugars good during workouts, they’re also nice energy boosters too. I love these :)
