This stuff is great. Light subtle flavor and I feel better when I use it.

Hydration Everyday Drink mix is my go to when I realize my body needs it. From hydrating during sickness, migraines, or excessive heat here in the Southwest it's my go to when I simply need electrolytes. I've also used it in combination with the High-Carb fuel during enduro racing. The light flavor makes it great for mixing and doesn't overwhelm.

I'm a chronically dehydrated girly, and electrolytes are part of my daily routine. I love that these have no sugar and none of those gross sugar alternatives either. They give your water just a light flavor—not sweet, not salty, just right. I mix mine with 32 oz of water and sip it throughout the morning to stay hydrated. It’s perfect for everyday use or lighter workouts. Highly recommend!

I love all things Skratch to fuel my ultrarunning workouts, but Everyday Hydration is my go-to for recovery when I need to replenish my electrolytes! I am so thankful to find an option that doesn't have sugar or stevia or monk fruit (or whatever other weird sweetener that makes my stomach feel like trash). I even love a little mocktail of lemon + lime with grapefruit LaCroix - tastes like a Paloma, but it's actually good for my training!

I used (and loved) the hydration sport drink for years but after being diagnosed with prediabetes had to find a sugar free alternative. I am so happy that the everyday hydration product is completely unsweetened, including no artificial sweeteners. I’ve tried both flavors and enjoy them both.
