Horchata for the win!

Really like this recovery mix. For less intense workouts I'll do 1 single scoop, then the full serving for longer workouts. The only downfall is that it will smell spoiled milk if mixed with water then left too long or in a hot car...

The Horchata Recovery Mix is my go to post workout mix! It's got everything I need to properly recover after hard efforts. Even better, it tastes amazing!! In my opinion the Horchata and Strawberry are the best tasting in the market.

Better than expected

I did a 4 hour ride last week after not riding much for the past few months. I knew I was going to feel pretty bad afterwards, so I followed it up with Recoery Mix to try to minimize the crash. I was pretty tired for the rest of the day, but I felt unexpectedly good the next day. I expected to have some lingering fatigue the next day, but all I felt was a little soreness in my legs. I think the Recovery Mix worked better than I expected!

Strawberry flavor is delicious

I don't often like flavored drinks like this unless it's chocolate but the strawberry recovery mix is delicious! Doesn't taste too sweet or fake. I personally like it with milk best but it's good in water too
