I've been using the Hydration Sport Mix for years. I love how flexible it is. For an easy ride on a cool day, I might use 1 scoop in a large bottle. If it is hot, I might add a second scoop. If I am going hard, I will mix in the high carb mix. I've never run into gut issues from these mixes and feel like I am getting what I need for my rides. Thanks Skratch!
