Definitely reminds me of that. I sometimes struggle with eating after long rides (100+ miles) and this is a great way to replenish quickly afer a ride. I prefer it with a little ice - shaken not stirred

Great for long workouts and indoor training

I got the variety pack first so I could determine which flavor worked best for me. I decided on the orange version and bout a couple of bulk bags. I use this version most often when I am doing long workouts inside the gym (I use gels and the electrolyte only powder for most outdoor runs). The ingredients are natural and I've had no digestive issues with any Skratch product. I highly recommend this for training.

You dont know you need this until you try it

If you want to avoid post work out epic hunger, use this product. Even if you are in a massive caloric deficit and are planning to eat a big meal, this will satisfy you while you stretch and shower giving you time to plan the rest of your day. Flavor is delicious and mixes much better than other brands.
