Recovery + Blender Bottle

Pro Tip: prepare a bottle of Skratch chocolate recovery drink before a long ride and stick it in the fridge! You will be happily refreshed after a long day in the saddle.

I use both the chocolate served hot (in cold weather) and strawberry cream with crushed ice (in warm weather) as great recovery drinks. They mix well with no chalky texture, and taste great. Just like a cup of hot chocolate or a strawberry shake.

I had such a hard time being able to stomach anything after a long run. My coach recommended the chocolate recovery with my preference of milk. I do fairlife milk with it and it’s so good! I’m able to stomach it and actually look forward to it after my runs!

Love this mix for recovery after hard workouts. I can notice a difference in how quickly I feel ready to go back at it after I use the mix. My muscles feel less sore when I use it right after I finish and then get some rest. Better than other products I have used. I really enjoy the chocolate flavor and shake, do not stir the mix for better results.

I've always been skeptical of "recovery" powders and mixes. I assumed they were just more sports drink. Wow, was I missing out. This stuff is fantastic. It absolutely helps me turn things around quicker after long (2-3+ hours) runs and rides. I like to mix it before my workout and put it in the fridge so it's nice and cold by the time I'm done.

My daughter uses this post soccer. Loves the taste.

A great way to get some calories in after a long run … particularly if there is a ton left to accomplish during the day. The caffeine kick from the vegan oat milk latte helps out as well
