You dont know you need this until you try it

If you want to avoid post work out epic hunger, use this product. Even if you are in a massive caloric deficit and are planning to eat a big meal, this will satisfy you while you stretch and shower giving you time to plan the rest of your day. Flavor is delicious and mixes much better than other brands.

I have tried a lot of recovery mixes. The chocolate is my fav. No gut bombs or upset stomach like with other mixes

Feels like cheating

My favorite flavor is Horchata...make it with skim milk in a shaker blender and put it on ice, you'd never think it was a post-workout recovery drink. And as if that wasn't good enough, it does all the same things MRM recovery from Sprouts did, but tastes better and doesn't make my gut rebel. So glad to have found it!

Better than chocolate milk

Chocolate flavor is super good. Horchata was more of an acquired taste for me but I'm over halfway through the bag now and really like it. Want to try strawberry next! This is super easy to have on hand.

Great for on the go.

5 a.m. bike workouts should be the most work for the day right? You put in 2 hours riding hard on zwift, race through the quickest shower known to man, grab a to go cup of coffee and are about to race out the door to work. My 11 yo loves Horchata
