I have been using the hydration sport drink mixes (lemon/lime and strawberry/lemonade) for years now. Mostly when I ride my bike, but also when I'm working around the house, traveling, or whenever I know I need more than water to hydrate. I've never had cramps after rides, even in hotter weather when drinking a bottle full of the mix. It is very easy on my stomach and blends just fine with energy chews and gels. Great stuff!
