This is the best.

I've tried tons of electrolyte mixes, and they all taste fake, and leave a nasty aftertaste. Skratch makes me feel better all day, and tastes great.

Skratch is my favorite hydration mix, by far. Great variety of flavors (my fave is strawberry lemonade), light taste that’s not too sweet, and I like that there’s caffeinated options, too. Always my go-to whether for training rides or races.

I use the hydration sports mix for most of my long runs. I’m a very salty sweater and can only tolerate so many carbs from gels. The sports hydration mix provides me with both electrolytes and carbs in a very mildly flavored drink. Big fan!

I’ve been using the hydration mix for probably 10 years now and never moved away from it. Great, mellow flavors with just enough calories makes this a no brainer. Mixes easily too. Favorites are Pineapple and Orange or a mixture of the two when I’m feeling crazy!
